Gluten-free Cooking for Kids

I will be teaching lots of courses in the next few months thanks to your overwhelming support.  Thank you also for spreading the word as many of my students are hearing about the courses through friends and relatives who have recently attended a workshop and have come back laden with gorgeous breads and pastries to share.  It is wonderful to hear positive comments about the food.&nbsp

Exciting News! I will be judging the gluten free entries at this year’s Hungerford Food Festival. I am practicing my best Mary Berry look, twinkling eyes, demure and angelic, before delivering the final verdict. So if your cakes, breads, cookies are in line for judging beware, I shall be completely unnerving.

I will be running two workshops which will focus on making home made gluten free pasta and delicious pizza.  The first will be on Saturday 8th of September at The Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon.
