This course will focus on the key principles of making gluten free bread and pastry.  You will be amazed at what you can achieve, once you've mastered the principles!  I hope you can join me for an action packed day where we will be busting all those gluten free myths.  Yes you can make great tasting bread and no, you don't need a breadmaker.
