Doves Farm manufacture and supply a wide range of gluten free flours and specialist gluten free baking products like xanthan gum and pure vitamin c (also known as asorbic acid) . All of my recipes use Doves Farm Plain Gluten Free Flour and I highly recommend them. Doves Farm supply most of the major retailers and many independents including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Coop to name a few. I discovered this company last year whilst doing a demonstration at Coeliac UK's AGM in Edinburgh. I recently met up with them again at The Allergy Show in Olympia. They are UK suppliers for one Italy's best selling gluten free pasta Molino di Ferro. It is probably the best gluten free pasta I've had and I highly recommend it. They are also distributors for Bob's Red Mill who are specialist suppliers of lots of gluten free flours, oats and bread and cake mixes.
