Not sure if it’s the sea air, being on holiday or just feeling the need to communicate that is spurring me to get writing again. Lots of things are swimming around in my head at the moment and top of the list is encouraging people to cook more and buy less ready-made stuff.

On Tuesday evening I had the great pleasure of seeing my student Anni Reid scoop up two prizes at the Free From Food Awards in London.

I am delighted to announce that I will be teaching at the newly refurbished Miele Experience in Abingdon.
We had a small party in the glorious sunshine to celebrate a significant birthday yesterday.
