Want to know what it's like to attend a bread course?

Here's a recent review of my new bread course at Bread Ahead, written by Kim McGowen of GF Gathering.  It's a great piece of writing and I'm so pleased that Kim was able to come along and participate on one of my workshops.  Bread Ahead is THE mecca of bread and I feel very honoured to be included in their list of illustrious tutors.  The set up at Bread Ahead is very relaxed and informal and being in Borough Market adds an extra bit of excitement to the proceedings.  There is so much going on at the market, lovely displays, incredible artisan food and quite often films being made.  On a recent visit, the camera crews were out busy filming the next installment of Bridget Jones.  I'm hoping one of my breads makes it past the cutting room floor.  Anyway, I hope you can join me for a class devoted to the best of gluten free bread.  It's exciting to be able to produce at home, something that tastes and looks like the real deal.
