Gluten-free Cooking for Kids

I'm spending a few days in Barcelona at the Mobile World Congress. The city swells by 57,000 people from the Mobile Telcoms World, but the city handles it well.  High on the list for all the visitors is to sample the local tapas whilst drinking a coupe of Cava to recover from the full-on business that has taken place during the day.  My favourite place of all times is Bar Xampanyet. This is a no nonsense Bar serving the best Tapas in the world.  Last night, I was thinking about my daughter, Ruthie, as I was sampling Jamon Iberico, Gambas, and Boquerones, knowing that this food was of the highest quality, freshness and of course naturally Gluten-Free! I hope to introduce the gang to these delights soon.........
