I managed to get one of the last tins filled to the brim with Honeybuns goodies yesterday. For those of you unfamiliar with Honeybuns' products, they make a very nice range of cakes and cookie bars. All of their products are wheat and gluten free and there are some that are also dairy free. They are now producing many of their gluten free products in a mini size which is just perfect for lunchboxes and picnics. Best of all, you can freeze them and then remove them from the freezer as and when you need them, so there is no wastage. Honeybuns products are as close to homemade as you can get. They use all natural ingredients, no additives or preservatives and are made in small batches, so you get really nice big chunks of nuts and chocolate. You can order their products on line. I recommend the Almondi cookies, which are like an Italian Macaroon. Really nice with a cup of tea.
