I am pleased to announce new dates for the next gluten free baking workshops to be held at The Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The Miele Experience centre offers excellent facilities and is conveniently located off the A34 with free parking!
Course Dates
Saturday 12th March- Bread and Pastry Making Workshop
This course will focus on the principles of gluten free baking focusing on bread and pastry. In this five hour course you will learn everything you need to know to make great tasting gluten free bread and amazing pastry.
The course will take place at the Miele Experience Centre Kitchen, which is a state of the art teaching kitchen.
Both through demonstrations and practical hands on work, you will learn how to make fantastic home made bread, using my tried and tested techniques. You will also learn how to make wraps, breadsticks and pizza dough along with incredible flaky pastry.
This course is accessible to all and you do not need any previous experience. Beginners and seasoned cooks are welcomed. If you would like more information please contact me on
