Gluten-free Cooking for Kids

There are still a few places remaining for my gluten free cake workshop on Tuesday 5th April at The Miele Experience Centre.  This promises to be an action packed day with lots of hands on practical work and some good demonstrations on how to get the most out of your gluten free baking. 

For those of you who would like details of what will be covered on the day- we will be looking at some traditional favourites, chocolate cake for example, drizzle cakes and tray bakes.  We will also look at muffins, both savoury and sweet versions.  The workshop starts at 10 and finishes at 2 pm- followed by lunch.  The price is £99.00 per person and includes all the ingredients for the course and lunch.  You also get to take home a beautiful Miele apron. 

The Miele Experience Centre is located in Abingdon (Near Oxford).  We will be working in their flagship kitchen using their top of the range ovens and equipment.  There is plenty of parking on site and it's free.
