Rick Stein's Far Eastern Odyssey

So I was watching episode two of Rick Stein's cooking series, salivating like a Labrador pup! but Oh what a lucky man! not only does he get to sample some of the world's most exciting flavours, but he gets to go night fishing for squid AND he is escorted by the most attractive and energetic guides! Jealous moi? surely not!

38258_1.jpgAnyway, I have a passion for Far Eastern Cooking, my father being a native of Singapore he passed on his love of cooking to me.  But with so much of this type of cooking being soya sauce based (which is not GF Free) what chance do gluten intolerants have of sampling Far Eastern cooking? I have found a fantastic range of Soya and Terriaki sauces from a company called Clearspring - these sauces are 100% organic and as intense as  their wheat based counterparts. 

So I urge you all get cooking the Far Eastern way, all you have to do is to substitute traditional soya sauce with thier GF equivalent - your kids with love you more for this.
