Dear Adriana. Really enjoyed the course today. Learned so many new tips and techniques in a very friendly atmosphere. I have one regret - I brought my partner Lara's upside down cake home, as well as my own. I can only imagine her disappointment! Please can you pass on my apologies - don't know how I can compensate.
