The next baking workshop will take place on Saturday 24 of September at the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon. The course will focus on improving core baking skills. We will tackle bread and pastry with an emphasis on inspiring you and building your confidence in the kitchen. The course will be a mixture of demonstrations and practical hands on work and is suitable for both beginners and experienced bakers. Additional dietary requirements including dairy/lactose intolerance can be accomodated.
The price of the course is £99 and includes all materials used on the day, including ingredients, a light lunch, cofee, tea and soft drinks, a very smart Miele apron and all of the recipes covered in the course. Parking at the Miele Centre is free and plentiful.
Places are limited. Please note that the course is for adults only. Young adults over 16 will be considered but this is will be at my discretion.
