I ocassionally run workshops which focus on the trickiest aspects of gluten free baking.  These tend to  focus on bread making, pastry, cakes and biscuits.  The workshops are a great way to learn hands on about how to make food that tastes great and is not compromised in any way due to the lack of gluten.  I take you by the hand, show you some tricks of the trade, give you lots of ideas on how to improve your baking and give you the confidence to master new skills and techniques.  The courses are for adults only, but there may be an opportunity in the future for a family baking day, which can accomodate parents (or grand parents/carers) and children.  If you would like more information on workshops coming up, please register on the website.  You will get an email advising you of courses and workshops as and when they become available.
