Next Bread and Pastry Workshop at Miele Abingdon is on Saturday 9 June

baking workshop rolling pastry.jpg gf.jpgThe next available date for my gluten free bread and pastry workshop will be  Saturday 9 June 2012.    The workshop will take place at The Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon Oxfordshire. 

The workshop combines hands on practical cooking in the Miele Kitchen with demonstrations of key recipes to help you get the most out of the day. Starting at 10 am and finishing around 3:30 pm, this workshop will cover the principles of gluten free bread making and pastry. We will make a variety of different breads including pizza and focaccia, using ingredients readily available from the supermarket. The emphasis will be on flavour and texture. We will also tackle pastry, with a light and flaky short crust taking star billing. baking workshop miele kitchen.jpg gf.jpg
