Gluten Free Bread and Pastry Workshop

On this course you will learn about the principals of gluten free baking. With this knowledge you will be able to  to understand how to convert your favourite recipes into gluten free recipes.  The majority of the course will focus on the practical hands on elements of making great tasting gluten free bread and amazing pastry.  Under my supervision, I will guide you step by step through the process.  You will emerge feeling full of confidence and with the skills and knowledge to tackle gluten free baking at home. This course is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced bakers.  Please note, this course is for adults and is not suitable for children.

The price of the course is £99.00 and includes a light lunch.  There is plenty of parking on site and  parking is free of charge.  The Miele Experience Centre is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire and is just off the A34.  If you would like further details about the course, please email me
