My name is shiva and i am

My name is shiva and i am from malaysia. I am a gluten intolerant patient and has been finding difficulty in baking bread,pastries and cakes. Found out in the internet that cia conduct classes on gluten free baking. Would love to know more about it and would appreciate if i could have the email address a person whom i could contact for more details.

Gluten free Classes

Hi Shiva,

Thanks for your email.  Yes I do run courses specifically on gluten free baking.  If you have registered on the website, you will receive notification of the next courses running.  There are a few spaces at the bread and pastry workshop in Bath, Wiltshire, at The Bertinet Kitchen.  That course is on the 27th of May.  I will also be doing two demonstrations at the Gluten Free Allergy Show in Olympia London on the 6th and 7th May which focus on baking.  The next courses at the Miele Centre are due to be scheduled and there may very well be on in June.
