Sorry Marc, I've only just spotted your query. It is generally down to your consultant how often your child is reviewed so this is just based on my own personal experience. During the first year of Ruthie's diagnosis, we went twice to see the consultant, to check on height and weight and to discuss any issues. After that, our checkups went to every 12 months for a quick review. We have recently changed consultants and he has suggested 6 month check ups, so I guess this is very much down to the consutlants. At some point there will be a blood test, to check the antibodies and I am guessing that further down the line, possibly a gluten trial to see if she has become less sensitive.
