This 45 minute demonstration will give parents and family members useful and practical insights into putting together a delicious gluten free birthday party menu.

Using recipes from  The Gluten Free Cookbook for Kids, I will help you assemble the ultimate GF Birthday Party Table.

Amongst the many menu and recipe ideas covered will be:

•How to make delicious gluten free chicken nuggets • How to make lovely little cupcakes • How to make a fantastic pizza • How to make chocolate chip cookies • How to make the best chocolate brownies ever

In addition to this,I will take you through some ideas on

• How to help you and your child cope at birthday parties • How to plan your menu • How to make friends and influence people
