The next baking workshop will take place on Saturday 25th June at the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon. This course will focus on learning new skills and techniques to improve your gluten free baking. We will tackle bread, cakes, biscuits and muffins and learn how to adapt traditional recipes into great tasting gluten free ones. Young adults over the age of 16 may be considered, but this will be entirely at my discretion. This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced bakers.
Price Details: The cost of this course is £130.00 and includes all materials, ingredients, a free Miele apron, lunch, tea, coffee and soft drinks and a folder containing all of the recipes covered on the day. Parking at The Miele Centre is plentiful and free.
Places on the course are limited to a maximum of 16 students. The course will include both demonstrations and hands on practical work.
